Provide advanced support for workstations and applications, helping resolve the difficult or chronic problems.

Assist with server configurations and upgrades.

Provide network design and configuration support.

Respond to server outages.

Review proper installation of virus detection software. Assist with outbreaks.
- Assist in the eradication of spyware.
