How the Monitoring Works

  • A small data collection program is loaded on a server or PC in your network.

  • Information is transmitted to the central monitoring site via a secure, encrypted Internet connection.

  • Any alarms detected can be immediately dispatched to your support personnel by e-mail or pager. Per your requirements, SafetyNet Consulting Services can assist with the explanation of the alert and help with resolution.

  • Verify a server is connected and responding to the network.

  • Monitor and report on server health:
(CPU activity, available hard disk storage, windows services, memory usage, event error logs, software security patch maintenance and system vulnerability to hackers).
