He also has experience representing de novo banks in their organizational phase and in connection with subsequent equity and debt offerings and securities issues. • Represented Company in its procurement of $11,000,000 in venture capital financing.
• Represented Non-Profit Corporation that obtained approximately $20,000.00 pre-development funding for a Continuing Care Retirement Community.
