Summary
Ms. Dennis's experience includes commercial litigation, construction litigation, bankruptcy and real estate litigation. She has assisted clients in litigation in both state and federal courts as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Her bankruptcy experience has involved representation of creditors and insurers in various stages of bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings, including motions practice and examination of debtors at meetings of creditors. Ms. Dennis's construction experience includes representation of general contractors and subcontractors in disputes involving allegations of construction defects and non-payment. Her real estate litigation experience has related primarily to foreclosure confirmation proceedings and cases involving lien priority. She has also represented clients in various stages of litigation and has extensive experience relating to discovery, including electronic discovery, as well as motions practice and summary judgment.
