Mr. Badeaux’s career has ranged through almost every kind of litigation practice, providing solutions and successful results at trial, motions practice, and alternative dispute resolution for large and small companies in State and Federal Court. Mr. Badeaux’s practice has historically turned on cases ranging from standard commercial disputes to “bet the company” litigation.
His experience includes complex commercial litigation, RICO, intellectual property, commercial tort, products liability, construction disputes, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith, breach of contract, toxic tort, fair business practice claims, catastrophic injuries, professional liability, trade secret, and appellate and post-judgment practice.
Tried numerous cases to the bench and jury.
Prevailed at the Georgia Court of Appeals in the case of Meadow Springs, LLC v. IH Riverdale, LLC, et al.
Settled multi-million dollar coverage claim on a director’s and officer’s policy by recovering the full value of the policy for the executive client in a complex insured versus insured case.
Prevailed at summary judgment in a multi-million dollar wrongful death case on behalf of car dealer.
