SUMMARY

Mr. Houk’s practice includes the representation of landlords, developers and retailers including commercial leasing and real estate development, with an emphasis on shopping center development and retail leasing. He has represented department stores and/or developers in over 200 regional enclosed malls and was responsible for Sears real estate transactions in the southeastern United States.
