Ms. Thompson has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including shopping center and mixed use acquisitions and development, bulk sales and acquisitions, office, and retail leasing. Her practice includes representation of retailers and developers in stand-alone, mixed use and shopping center developments, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documentation, reciprocal easement and operation agreements and development agreements.
