SUMMARY

Mr. Wilson's leasing practice covers both landlords and tenant representation for both national, as well as local landlords and tenants. This representation includes mall and strip center leasing, as well as acquisition and development of new shopping centers from either the department store or anchor tenant position, or representing the developer. Mr. Wilson also has extensive experience with ground leases and other commercial projects, such as warehouse development and commercial mixed use development.
