

Mr. Clayman has extensive commercial real estate experience in the retail, office, industrial and mixed-use areas. He has considerable experience as lead counsel in connection with the acquisition, development, leasing and financing of all types of retail shopping centers, including power centers, life-style centers and grocery anchored centers. Mr. Clayman oversees all aspects of the development of retail shopping centers from raw land acquisition through construction, operation and sale, including the negotiation and drafting of all related documentation such as purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement, covenant and restriction agreements, site development agreements and joint venture, partnership and operating agreements.
Mr. Clayman has a wide array of commercial leasing experience, representing national and local retailers and landlords in big box and specialty retail lease transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Clayman also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting office and industrial leases from both the tenant and landlord perspective.
