

Kristen Yadlosky practices in the area of commercial litigation with a specialty in real estate disputes. She has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including real estate and contract disputes, intellectual property protection, class action certification, and competitive activities of former employees.
A proficient commercial litigator, Ms. Yadlosky’s experience includes the following: (1) business and commercial disputes: Ms. Yadlosky has extensive experience in litigating and resolving commercial disputes, including cases arising from real estate transactions and competitive activities of former employees; (2) complex litigation: In complex litigation matters, Ms. Yadlosky has been instrumental in defending against various plaintiffs’ motions for class certification, including defeating a proposed consumer class action based on allegations of racial discrimination and preventing certification of a class action in a nationwide products liability action against the carpet industry; (3) intellectual property actions: Ms. Yadlosky has assisted clients in their efforts to protect their intellectual property, including cease-and-desist correspondence, emergency injunctions, and litigation. Finally, she has routinely arbitrated disputes before the American Arbitration Association and Resolution Resources Corporation.
