Mr. Magee’s practice focuses on general business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and corporate finance, as well as tax matters.

Mr. Magee advises clients on the structuring and implementation of a wide variety of transactions including the selection, formation, organization and management of new business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. He frequently counsels companies on various matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, financing and investment strategies, and federal and state taxation matters.

In addition, Mr. Magee advises professional athletes in their contract matters and business dealings. He is a certified contract advisor with both the National Football League Players Association and Canadian Football League Players Association.
