Ms. Levin works with developers and national and regional retailers in retail lease transactions throughout the United States. Ms. Levin is involved in the acquisition, disposition and development of retail shopping centers, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements and ground leases.
