

Ms. Kilberg represents institutional and development firms as well as national retailers and industrial companies in the acquisition, development, leasing and sales of regional malls, power centers, lifestyle centers, multi-use developments, warehouses and distribution centers, and urban redevelopment projects.
In 1990, Ms Kilberg joined the firm of Altman, Kritzer & Levick, the predecessor firm to Hartman, Simons, Spielman and Wood. From 1986-1989, she practiced in the real estate group of Greenberg, Traurig in the West Palm Beach, Florida office, concentrating in planned-unit developments and condominium law. From 1980-1985, she practiced in the real estate and corporate groups at Cofer, Beauchamp and Hawes.
Represented a major industrial company in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of warehouse and distribution centers.
