SUMMARY

Mr. Simons is the Managing Partner of HSSW and the Head of HSSW’s Commercial Real Estate Department. He has been practicing commercial real estate law for over 22 years. Mr. Simons specializes in complex commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States, including major retail, office, industrial and mixed-use development projects. His experience includes the development, financing, acquisition, leasing, disposition, investment and financing of commercial real estate transactions, as well as the formation of equity and debt funds for investment in real estate. Mr. Simons and his partners often utilize their extensive network of clients and contacts to assist clients in sourcing equity and debt for real estate projects around the country.
