Summary
Mr. Rivera has extensive commercial real estate experience handling all types of acquisition, disposition, development and lease transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Rivera has considerable commercial leasing experience, representing national and local developers, landlords, tenants and retailers in all types of lease transactions, including retail, office and ground leases. Mr. Rivera has experience in multi-use developments, including complex condominium and leasehold condominium projects. Mr. Rivera also has been responsible for the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and other entities for the purpose of owning, development and managing various real estate activities.
