Summary
Mr. Arden has vast experience as a litigator. He has worked on cases that involve a wide variety of real estate disputes, arbitration of breach of contract claims, general commercial matters, intellectual property issues, trade secrets and unfair competition. Mr. Arden has also represented numerous parties in commercial real estate foreclosure confirmation and deficiency actions, receivership actions as well as suits on notes and/or guaranties.
In the area of bankruptcy, Mr. Arden has represented creditors with a particular focus upon landlord-tenant issues. He has also represented clients in avoidance actions.
