Mr. Arden has wide experience as a litigator. Cases on which he has worked include a wide variety of real estate disputes, arbitration of breach of contract claims, general commercial matters, intellectual property issues, trade secrets and unfair competition.

 

In the area of bankruptcy, Mr. Arden has represented creditors with a particular focus upon landlord-tenant issues. Mr. Arden has also represented clients in avoidance actions.
