Summary

Mr. Orr is the Managing Partner of Hartman Simons and has been practicing commercial real estate law for more than 20 years and has represented clients in a broad assortment of real estate matters all over the United States. Mr. Orr also has significant experience in structuring and negotiating real estate joint venture agreements, and he regularly counsels foreign investors on the acquisition of U.S. real estate holdings.
