

In the course of his real estate experience, Mr. Hicks has been involved in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including shopping center and mall acquisitions and sales, land and mixed use project acquisition and development, office, industrial, warehouse and retail leasing, portfolio sales, industrial buy-outs, representation of major "big box" retailers, representation of fast-food restaurateurs, and negotiation of sophisticated easement arrangements. Mr. Hicks also enjoys experience in the field of commercial real estate finance and has represented several corporations in connection with real estate portfolio management. Mr. Hicks has represented sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and borrowers in the course of his real estate transactional experience.
