Summary
Mr. Lovell works extensively with developers and national and regional retailers in retail lease transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Lovell also assists various commercial real estate clients in acquisitions, dispositions and the development of commercial properties, including the drafting and negotiating of purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, licensing agreements, and reciprocal easement and operations agreements. In addition, Mr. Lovell negotiates construction contracts in connection with all types of commercial property on behalf of both general contractors and owners.

Specific Deals
- Represented Cousins Properties Incorporated in its purchase and development of real property in Coweta County, GA for the purposes of the creation of its lakeside community known as “Blalock Lakes”
