SUMMARY

Ms. Fallone-Tietje’s experience includes asset-based financing, lending arrangements, joint ventures, restructuring of debt obligations, workouts and commercial real estate. Her practice includes the representation of lenders with respect to acquisition loans, construction loans, and mezzanine and permanent loans. She also assists lenders with workouts, debt restructuring and enforcement actions. Ms. Fallone-Tietje has extensive experience with secured credit facilities, securitized loans and syndicated loans. Her financing experience has involved all property types, including resorts, retail projects, multi-family projects, condominiums, industrial projects and mixed-use developments.

 

With respect to commercial real estate, Ms. Fallone-Tietje has represented numerous developers with respect to all aspects of the development process starting with the dirt, through the construction and development process, and culminating in sales and leasing. Ms. Fallone-Tietje has represented developers with respect to all property types, including, retail developments, residential/multi-family projects, office complexes and mixed-use developments. On the development side, she has negotiated construction, permanent and mezzanine financing on behalf of her clients. Ms. Fallone-Tietje has also served as real estate counsel in a variety of corporate mergers and acquisitions.

• $58,000,000.00 sale of a 310,000 sq. ft. retail shopping center located in Forsyth County, Georgia.
• Sales of Walgreens drug stores located in Georgia and Puerto Rico.
• $14,000,000.00 acquisition and construction loan for a 133 unit hotel located in Savannah, Georgia.
• Acquisition and development of retail shopping centers located in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.
• $31,500,000.00 sale of 336 unit apartment community in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
