Mr. Augustine is a Partner in the Corporate, Tax and Commercial Law Practice Group. Mr. Augustine’s practice consists of general business and corporate matters, including venture capital and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and technology matters.
Education
After graduating in 1993 with a B. A. in Politics from Oberlin College, Mr. Augustine attended Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he graduated in 1997 with a J. D., with honors. While in law school, Mr. Augustine was Senior Editor, Health-Matrix: Journal of Law-Medicine and participated in the J. Braxton Craven Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition.
