Professional Experience
After graduating from Kent State, Mr. Chubb worked for three years as a Project Designer for Habiterra Associates in Jamestown, New York, designing and coordinating architectural projects, including new construction, reconstruction, and additions. Mr. Chubb began his legal career as an associate in the real estate practice groups at the Columbus, Ohio firms of Swedlow, Butler, Levine, Lewis & Dye and Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Arnoff.

Mr. Chubb enjoys extensive experience in handling commercial real estate transactions focused on shopping center development, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real property. His training and experience as an architect make him ideally suited to assess construction, contractor and architectural matters, especially the evaluation of American Institute of Architects documents. Mr. Chubb possesses a considerable background in matters related to retail condominiums and other complex development transactions.
