Professional Experience
After law school, Mr. Clayman practiced with the law firm of Finestone & Morris until 1998 and then with Minkin & Snyder (including its successor, Greenberg Traurig, LLP) from 1998 to 2001.

Mr. Clayman has extensive commercial real estate experience in the retail, office, industrial and mixed-use areas. He has worked extensively on the acquisition, development, leasing and financing of retail shopping centers from raw land acquisition through construction, operation and sale, including the negotiation and drafting of all related documentation such as purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement, covenant and restriction agreements, site development agreements and joint venture, partnership and operating agreements. Mr. Clayman has a wide array of commercial leasing experience, representing national and local retailers and landlords in big box and specialty retail lease transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Clayman also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting office and industrial leases from both the tenant and landlord perspective.

Mr. Clayman is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association. Mr. Clayman is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the ICSC Georgia State Operations Committee.
