Ms. Fallone-Tietje received her B. A. degree, magna cum laude, from Stetson University where she majored in Political Science. She received her J. D., summa cum laude, from Tulane University School of Law in 1998. She was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Tulane Law Review. At Tulane, she served as an editorial assistant for the World Arbitration and Mediation Report. Ms. Fallone-Tietje also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Morey L. Sear, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Ms. Fallone-Tietje began her legal career as a real estate associate at the Atlanta firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker in 1998.

Ms. Fallone-Tietje’s experience includes asset-based financing, lending arrangements, joint ventures, restructuring of debt obligations, commercial office leasing and conveyancing. Her practice includes the representation of lenders in negotiating and drafting loan documents for acquisitions, construction and permanent loans and condominium conversion loans. She has extensive experience with credit facilities and syndicated loans. These loans have comprised all property types, including retail, apartments and office buildings. Ms. Fallone-Tietje also represents corporate clients in the purchase, finance, development, leasing and sale of real property and has served as real estate counsel in a variety of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
