D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, cum laude, where he was an editor of the University at Buffalo Law School Human Rights Law Review. Mr. Magee has also completed course studies towards a degree in the Master of Taxation program at Georgia State University.

Mr. Magee began his legal career as a corporate and tax associate at the Atlanta office of Lord, Bissell & Brook, LLP in 2005.
