Professional Experience
Mr. Litvak began his legal career handling real estate and business law transactions in Miami, Florida. After moving to Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Litvak practiced in the Commercial Real Estate Department of Troutman Sanders for six years and was named Of Counsel in 2005.

Having spent many years representing a national fast-food restaurant company and a national developer of lifestyle shopping centers, Mr. Litvak has extensive experience handling all types of retail leasing transactions, including leases with out parcel users, anchor tenants and in-line shop tenants. Mr. Litvak also has substantial experience representing both companies and individuals in all facets of commercial real estate development projects, including land acquisition and assemblage, lease-up, survey, title and site plan considerations and the ultimate disposition of such properties. Additionally, Mr. Litvak has handled a variety of office and industrial lease transactions from both a landlord and tenant perspective.
In 2005 and 2007, Mr. Litvak was recognized as a “Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star” among real estate attorneys in the State of Georgia.
Publications and Presentations
Mr. Litvak has presented several seminars in Atlanta, Georgia on behalf of ICLE and Lorman Educational Services on various commercial leasing topics. In addition, Mr. Litvak has moderated roundtable discussions on numerous occasions at the United States Law Conference of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mr. Litvak is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and State Bar of Florida, and a member of ICSC and the National Association of Office and Industrial Professionals (NAIOP).
