Practice Area
Mr. Ness practices in the area of environmental law. He provides diverse technical and legal knowledge in multiple environmental media for corporate and individual clients. Mr. Ness’s current practice focuses on all legal matters related to the investigation, permitting and remediation of environmental concerns at commercial development sites and operational facilities throughout the United States.
Education
Mr. Ness attended Auburn University where he received his B.S. in Biomedical Science in 2001 graduating cum laude. Following Auburn University, Mr. Ness attended Tulane University where he received a M.S. in Molecular Biology in 2002 graduating summa cum laude. Mr. Ness received his J.D. and a M.S. in Environmental Law from Vermont in 2006.
Professional Biography
During law school, Mr. Ness served as a law clerk for the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, as well as for the United States EPA Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He also won American Jurisprudence Awards in Insurance Law and Trusts & Estates.
