The primary focus of Ms. Thompson's practice in recent years has been significant, complex acquisition and development transactions involving large anchor tenants.

Ms. Thompson is the co-author of Operating Rights and Restrictions, which appears in Key Shopping Center Legal Issues, published by the International Council of Shopping Centers in 1995.
