Mr. Wilson served as senior counsel to Sears, Roebuck and Co. as well as in various capacities for Chicago Title Insurance Company.
His leasing practice covers both Landlords and Tenant representation for national, as well as local clients.

tenant representation for both national, as well as local
landlords and tenants. This representation includes mall
and strip center leasing, as well as acquisition and development
of new shopping centers from either the department store
or anchor tenant position, or representing the developer.
Mr. Wilson also has extensive experience with ground leases
and other commercial projects, such as warehouse development
and comercial mixed use development.

Mr. Wilson is a frequent moderator of the International Council of Shopping Centers roundtable discussions, as well as a workshop leader at International Council of Shopping Centers sponsored events.

Mr. Wilson is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of Illinois, and the American Bar Association, as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Wilson is also a member of the Editorial Board of the International Council of Shopping Centers Legal Update Publication.
