HSSW facilitates both real estate and corporate financing. Whether the borrower or the lender, we have the expertise to represent you. We also coordinate various lending formats including revolving lines of credit, asset-based, receivable, equipment and inventory financing ranging in size from thousands to millions of dollars. Our financing expertise includes workouts, foreclosures, bankruptcy, suits on guaranties, and sales of distressed assets (both REO and loans).
